It’s that time of year where we come together to recognise those individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the success and culture of Banff Caribou Properties.

You can nominate any colleague that you feel deserves to be recognised as a Caribou superstar.   Our Caribou Award winners will be announced  during the Caribou Christmas Party, which takes place at Wild Bill's Legendary Saloon on Thursday, December 20th.

The award nominees will be selected from three role-based categories;

Hotel

Restaurant

You Complete Me

(all supporting departments; spas, retail, Head Office, etc.)

Awards will be presented to two winners from each category, based on time served with Caribou;

New Kid on the Block

(best Employee working with Caribou for less than 3 years)

Classic Caribou

(best Employee working with Caribou for more than 3 years)

Finally, the award ceremony will draw to a crescendo as we reveal the best performing location of 2018 (President’s choice) and winner of the prestigious Caribou Cup;

Best in Show
