As fall retreats and winter emerges, so does the wonder and joy of Christmas in the Canadian Rockies.  On Saturday, November 17, a flurry of family-friendly activities kick-start the season in Banff bringing holiday cheer to a whole new level.

At dusk, the streets come alive with the magic glow of the Santa Claus Parade of Lights as a procession of floats, performers, and Santa himself traverse Banff Avenue. After the parade wander a decorated Banff Avenue for unique gifts and treats.

Each year, Banff Lodging Co. brings a strong presence to the parade, celebrating our love of mountain life  and our ongoing contribution to a vibrant local community. 

Employees bursting with festive spirit from all around the Company come together to build our parade float in the days before, and to greet the crowds with warm smiles and buckets of candy during the event!

Volunteers with receive $25.00 Caribou Cash on their Staff ID Cards as a thank you!
