It’s that time of year where we come together to recognize those individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the success and culture of Banff Caribou Properties.

You can nominate any colleauge that you feel deserves to receive a Caribou Award! Our Caribou Award winners will be announced during the Caribou Christmas Party on December 19th.

The Award Categories

The award nominees will be selected for each of the three role-based categories; Restaurant, Hotel, and You Complete Me. Awards will be presented to a winner from each role-based category, based on time served with Caribou;

New Kid on the Block or Classic Caribou.

New Kid on the Block (0-2 Years)

- Restaurant

- Hotel

- You Complete Me (All supporting departments; spas, retail, Head Office, etc.)

Classic Caribou (3+ Years)

- Restaurant

- Hotel

- You Complete Me (All supporting departments; spas, retail, Head Office, etc.)

Finally, the award ceremony will end with a celebration for the best performing location of 2019 (President’s choice);
